With less than 4 weeks to go to Christmas, planning, shopping is well under way. The queues into the shopping centres will be a nightmare. Also this Friday night sees the now permanent fixture in every Irish households calendar.. “The Late Late Toy Show”.
As it is well known that the traditional Christmas dinner of turkey, ham and the trimmings, which after the visit of Santa Claus and the opening of presents is probably the next focal point of the day. So lets spare a thought for the Vegans out there, what will they be feasting on?
Over the past 12 months, I have noticed a massive increase in sales of our vegan meals, here at RBK Fresh Fit Food. With that in mind I have put together a menu for all you vegans out there……

– Sweetly flavoured, roasted vegetables topped with a savoury crumble that includes quinoa, nuts & seeds

Braised Red Cabbage, Pomegranate Seeds & Brazil Nuts / Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts & Hazelnuts / Rosemary Roasted Potatoes / Ginger & Coriander Roasted Carrots
