When wanting to live a healthier lifestyle, and to lose some extra pounds, there needs to be a level of accountability. After shedding 4 stone last year, I now want to refocus my efforts for 2017. The starting point? I keep a food diary and I can’t stress enough how much it helps get results. It all comes down to being accountable.
The very act of being accountable to yourself means you become a lot more conscious of what you eat and drink, which has a positive impact on your health and weight. Try combining healthy eating with keeping a food diary for a week and see how it helps.
Personally I’m keeping a food diary for the next month and this helps me stay on track and focused on my end goal.
