If you are going to succeed with weight loss, improved health and sports performance it’s going to be because you choose better wholefood options.


Are you doing to cook (in advance) or are you going to buy in advance?

(Note: Buying when you are hungry is only going to result in a lot of pasta, dairy, bread and junk and you will never meet your goals, sorry!)
