This Week I AM Cooking Sweet & Sour

Now, who doesn’t like a good old sweet & sour chicken? And I am sure many of you like the Chinese style. So I thought I would switch it up for you and give you it “Thai” style. This healthy sweet & sour dish is so delicious you will be making it again within the week.

You can make the sauce the day before it you want and keep it in the fridge. Notice I use coconut flour in dust the diced chicken in, this will give it another dimension not to mention, marinating it in the coconut milk before hand.
