Cheeseburger Soup

Yep, you are reading that right. Its that time of year, the nights are drawing in, there is a slight chill in the air, which I love by the way. Autumn (fall) & Winter I smy favourite time of the year. Am I unusal that I love the cold? Then again, I am that guy who weres shorts all year round.  

Its Soup Season, that’s my point, and I do enjoy making a good hearty soup. What soup do you enjoy making and eating? This soup is about as comforting as you can get, thanks to its simple ingredients and rich, cheesy flavour. As we Irish like to say, “theres eating and drinking in it”.
